Seeds to Lead, a training programme aimed at improving education in primary and secondary schools in coffee-growing communities by providing young people with practical tools and knowledge related to the coffee sector
children and youth benefited from access to quality education in 11 rural schools across 3 coffee-producing communities
rural teachers were trained in innovative educational methodologies and on the Cultivating Education model, also receiving teaching materials
workshops on school governance engaged 967 students and 51 teachers, fostering leadership, participation, and entrepreneurial skills
children were elected to school governments, taking on active leadership roles and leading concrete school improvement initiatives
