The project’s approach is based on two integrated and complementary pillars:
1. Structural pillar: rehabilitation and improvement of accommodation facilities;
2. Educational pillar: training on best practices in recruitment and selection, and awareness-raising on illegal practices
People trained on recruitment and selection and on issues related to the prevention of illegal practices
Housing facilities supported through the purchase of materials for school upgrades, including lockers for personal belongings, polyethylene water tanks, and biodigesters
Two areas of intervention:
1.Training: producers are trained in the selection and recruitment of seasonal workers
2.Improvement of housing facilities: to provide greater comfort for workers and reduce labour shortages
