The project approach is based on two integrated and complementary pillars:
1.Structural pillar: redevelopment and improvement interventions for reception facilities
2.Educational pillar: training on good practices in recruitment and selection, along with awareness-raising on illegal practices
People trained in recruitment and selection and in issues related to preventing illegal practices
Accommodation facilities supported through the purchase of materials to upgrade schools, including personal lockers, a polyethylene water tank, and biodigesters
Two areas of intervention:
1.Training: producers are trained in the selection and recruitment of seasonal workers
2.Improvement of housing facilities: to provide greater comfort for workers and reduce labour shortages
