Research & Development Farm launched with experiments on irrigation, shading, and intercropping to improve farmers’ productivity and sustainability
Papaya plants introduced in the initial intercropping phase, providing economic and agronomic benefits for producers
Irrigation systems (drip vs. solar pump) tested to reduce costs by up to 50% and improve long-term access to water
Drying beds distributed (50% to women), with a potential increase in coffee prices of 70–80%
Women involved in the founding of the Durat Al Bun women’s cooperative, with structured training and the start of activities
Banana and papaya trees delivered to promote the diversification of farms and the ecosystem

A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed with the Minister of Agriculture to promote development and research in the coffee industry through training programs aimed at increasing crop productivity and yield.
