Research & Development Farm was established, with trials on irrigation, shading, and intercropping to improve farmers’ productivity and sustainability
Papaya plants were introduced in the initial intercropping phase, providing economic and agronomic benefits for producers
Irrigation systems (drip vs. solar pump) were tested to reduce costs by up to 50% and improve long-term access to water
Drying beds were distributed, 50% of them to women, with the potential to increase coffee prices by 70–80%
Women were involved in the establishment of the Durat Al Bun women’s cooperative, through structured training and the start-up of activities
Banana and papaya trees delivered to promote the diversification of farms and the ecosystem
Cooperative created by 53 women

A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed with the Minister of Agriculture to promote development and research in the coffee industry through training programs aimed at increasing crop productivity and yield.
