The situation is even more critical in some rural areas, such as Chiquimula and much of the Dry Corridor, where rates can reach up to 80%.<br \/>This context of extreme food vulnerability is closely linked to strong socioeconomic inequalities and limited access to essential services, disproportionately affecting rural and Indigenous
